What exactly does "free shipping" mean?

Free shipping applies to all orders within Austria with a minimum order value of 49 euros. Deliveries abroad or below this minimum order value are subject to the respective shipping costs indicated. You can find the exact conditions in the ordering process.

How is the return period regulated?

You have 30 days from receipt of the goods to return your order without giving any reason. The return is at your own expense, unless the product is defective or differs from the order. In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs.

What do we mean by "stock availability"?

The availability displayed on the product page refers to the current stock in our central warehouse. If an item is not in stock, this will be clearly indicated. Reorders are usually available again within 5–7 working days.

Do discount promotions apply to all products?

No, discount promotions are often limited to specific categories or brands. The exact terms of participation are listed in the promotion description. Items already reduced and gift vouchers are generally excluded.

How is the authenticity of branded products ensured?
